互联网行业作为首都新兴业态的代表者之一,其建会工作及工会运行方式是做好新时代首都工会工作的重要基础。如何调动互联网行业管理部门的积极性,找准工会工作与行业需求的契合点,探索建立产业工会与行业管理部门、区总工会"条块结合"的工作模式,是我们进一步做好工会工作需要着重考虑的问题。
