摘要
维护职工合法权益是工会的重要职责。打造一支专业化、社会化的工会法律援助队伍,提高工会工作成效是促进职工队伍和谐稳定的重要前提,也是促进职工所在单位发展的必然要求。本文通过对浙江省温州市瓯海区总工会"高校+工会"维权模式的系统研究分析,探索了通过加强工会和高校协同,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的专业法律人才,促进职工权益维护的工会维权模式。
Maintaining legal rights and interests of workers and employees is an important duty of trade unions. It is the important prerequisite for promoting the harmony and stability of workers and employees to build a specialized and socialized legal aid team for trade unions and to improve the effectiveness of trade union works. It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of enterprises. Based on the systematic research and analysis of the mode of 'Colleges and Universities + Trade Unions' in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province, the essay explores how to train talents with innovative spirit and practical ability by strengthening the cooperation between trade unions and colleges and universities, which promotes maintaining legal rights and interests of trade union members.
