工会文体活动是工会活动的重要组成部分,是体现一个单位人文氛围和凝聚力的重要载体。作为高校工会经费的重要组成部分,运用好工会文体活动经费,使其能够发挥最大的效益,亟需我们通过工会干部法制素养的培育、民主监督机制的加强、外部审计力度的强化等多种渠道实现高校工会文体活动经费的规范合理使用。

Sports and cultural activities are an important component of trade union activities,which is a strong demonstration for humanistic atmosphere and cohesion of an organization. In order to make full use of the funds for trade union cultural activities and sports activities, it is urgent for us to educate trade union officials with law, strengthen the democratic supervision mechanism and external audit, by which we can realize standardized and rational use of trade union funds for sports and cultural activities in colleges and universities.
