摘要
北京市经济技术开发区是北京市产业结构调整和创新驱动发展的试验田,也是产业工人的聚集地,迫切需要培养和造就一支高素质的产业工人队伍。本文从开发区经济发展和产业布局入手,分析了产业工人队伍现状,总结了当前开发区产业工人队伍的培养模式,指出培养中存在的问题,提出通过改革人力资源管理的"双轨制"、推行终身职业技能培训制度、改革技能评价制度和优化技能使用制度等路径,实现产业工人队伍整体素质的提升。
Beijing Economic and technological Development Zone is an experimental field of industrial structure adjustment and innovation-driven development in Beijing. It is also a gathering place for industrial workers. Therefore, it is urgent for us to cultivate and bring up a rank of highquality industrial workers. Starting with the economic development and industrial layout of the development zone, the essay analyzes the present situation of industrial workers, and summarizes the current training mode of industrial workers in the development zone, as well as points out the problems existing in the training. It puts forward that the overall quality of industrial workers can be improved by the reform of 'double track system' of human resource management, the implementation of lifelong vocational training system, the reform of skill evaluation system and optimization of skill application system.
