摘要
本研究调查了民勤县大型真菌及黏菌的物种多样性及分布。共采集大型真菌296份,隶属于5目16科22属60种,其中食用菌12种、药用菌12种、有毒真菌6种。首次在民勤县针对黏菌进行标本采集和湿室培养,共获得黏菌标本484份,隶属于3目4科8属39种。调查发现民勤县域大型真菌主要分布于靠近水源的水渠旁及人工林下,分别占调查总种数的68.33%和45%;黏菌主要分布于荒漠过渡带地区的灌木植被下,占调查总种数的79.49%。民勤县大型真菌及黏菌分布与当地水源、植被和特有微生境具有密切的联系。
We reported here a survey for macromycetes and myxomycetes in arid areas of Minqin county.A total of 296 macromycetes were collected,belonging to 60 species,22 genera,16 families and 5 orders,including 12 edible fungi,12 medicinal fungi and 6 toxic fungi.For the first time,484 specimens of myxomycetes from Minqin county were collected or cultured in wet chamber,they belong to 39 species,8 genera,4 families and 3 orders.Macromycetes in Minqin county are mainly distributed in the artificial woods and near the irrigation channel,they account for 45%and 68.33%of the total species,respectively.Myxomycetes are mainly distributed in the shrub vegetation of the desert transition zone,they account for 79.49%of the total species.The distribution of macromycetes and myxomycetes in Minqin county is closely related to local water resources and unique microhabitats.
