城镇化进程中农民进城定居意愿影响因素的实证分析

An empirical study on the factors influencing farmers’willingness to settle in the city in the process of urbanization

基于生存适应能力视角,构建了城镇化进程中农民进城定居意愿影响因素的分析框架,通过对安徽省四市821个农民的入户调查,采用二元Logistic模型实证检验了反映农民当下生存适应能力的相关因素对其进城定居意愿的影响。研究结果表明:超过一半的农民愿意进城定居;职业类型、家庭人口数、性别、对进城定居政策了解程度对农民意愿有显著正向影响;宅基地面积、现居住环境满意度、乡村邻里关系、村庄交通便利度、年龄对农民意愿有显著负向影响。提出加强农民职业技能培训;积极引导和鼓励农民就地就近向城镇迁移定居;积极引导新生代农民进城落户定居;大力提升进城农民在城镇的居住环境质量和生活品质;加强农民进城定居相关政策的宣传与落实等政策建议。

Based on the perspective of viability and adaptability,this article constructed the analysis framework of factors influencing farmers’willingness to enter the city.By means of the field investigation of 821 farmers in four cities of Anhui Province,questionnaire and binary logistic model methods were applied.The specific factors reflecting the viability and adaptability of farmers’willingness to enter cities were studied.The results showed that more than half of the farmers have the willingness to enter the city.The type of farmers’occupation,the number of family population,the sex and the understanding of the policies of entering the city have significant positive effects on the willingness of the farmers to enter the city.The residential land area,residential environment satisfaction,neighborhood relationship,village traffic convenience and the age have significant negative impacts on the willingness of farmers to enter the city.The author puts forward several suggestions,which include strengthening the training of farmers’professional skills,guiding and encouraging the farmers to move to the nearby towns,improving the quality of living environment and quality of the towns,strengthening the publicity and implementation of relevant policies.
