有机认证制度下农户减量施肥意愿的影响因素分析——基于四川省1061户农民的调查 被引量:25

Analysis of factors affecting farmers’ intention to reduce fertilization under organic certification system

摘要 以行为理论为基础,探讨心理因素、农户特征和有机产品认证政策对农民施肥行为的影响。研究结果表明:在全部农户样本中,年龄、种植类型、政策约束对农户减量施肥意愿有显著的正向影响。但对于位于有机认证示范区和非有机认证示范区的农户,其减量施肥意愿的影响因素有所不同。在有机认证示范区的农户样本中,随着变量年龄(35-44岁)、心理变量感知资源、主观规范和感知行为控制的值增加一个单位,农户依据有机认证制度改变施肥行为的概率分别增加8.11%、1.35%、0.93%和0.81%。在非有机认证示范区的农户样本中,随着变量种植类型(园艺作物)、有机农业技术培训、年龄(35-44岁)、感知行为控制、态度和感知资源的值每增加一个单位,农户依据有机认证制度改变施肥行为的概率分别增加16.17%、12.31%、10.03%、7.04%、5.68%和5.54%。基于以上研究结果,提出了实施有机认证制度的建议。 This study examines the influence of psychological factors,farmer characteristics and organic product certification policies on farmers’intention to apply fertilizer.An expanded version of the theory of planned behavior is used as a framework.The results for the all farmer’sample show that age,planting type and policy are significantly and positively associated with farmers’intentions.In terms of the farmers’sample which located in the organic certification demonstration area,as the level of the age,perceived resources,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control increase by one unit,the probability of a farmer applying fertilizer on the basis of organic certification policy increases by 8.11%,1.35%,0.93%and 0.81%level respectively.In terms of the farmers’sample which located in the other area,as the level of the planting type,organic agriculture technology training,age,perceived behavior control,attitude and perceive resource increase by one unit,the probability of farmer applying fertilizer on the basis of organic certification policy increases by 16.17%,12.31%,10.03%,7.04%,5.68%and 5.54%level respectively.Policy recommendations are made based on these results.
