AgNOR在膀胱移行细胞肿瘤分级中的应用

摘要 在40例膀胱移行上皮乳头状瘤及移行细胞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级病变的石蜡组织切片上,采用AgNOR染色技术,进行了核仁组成区嗜银蛋白的研究。结果表明,除移行上皮乳头状瘤与移行细胞癌Ⅰ级间P>0.05,AgNOR计数无显著差异外,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三级移行细胞癌中AgNOR计数均有显著意义(P<0.01)。当对移行细胞癌进行分级遇到困难时,可能采用AgNOR技术对肿瘤分级的诊断具有辅助作用。 Using a silver staining technique, nucleolar organizer region-associated proteins (AgNOR) have been studied in paraffin section of 4 bladder papillomas, 15 Grade I transitional carcinomas, 13 Grade Ⅱ and 8 Grade Ⅲ. The sections were examined using a ×100 oil-immersion lens and the AgNOR were enumerated with ease. A highly significant difference were found between the numbers of AgNOR in the nuclei of Grade Ⅰ transitional carcinomas and the Grade Ⅱ, the Crade Ⅱ and the Grade Ⅲ. But a significant difference was not between the bladder papillomas and the Grade Ⅰ transitional carcinomas. It is suggested that the AgNOR technique will find application to histopathology grading in bladder transitional carcinomas.
