摘要
皮肤的代谢随着衰老而变化。在老化过程中,皮肤表皮生发层细胞由立方体多层变为扁平少层,皮肤腺体减少,真皮乳头萎缩。表现为皮肤弹性差、皱纹多。由于脂质过氧化随增龄而加速,因此出现老年斑。使用DNA美容霜15～20天后可使老化的细胞代谢转入年轻化,即使细胞的蛋白质合成旺盛,表现为皮肤腺体增加,基底层细胞增厚,皮肤变得柔韧而有光泽。由于DNA有抗脂质过氧化能力,可减少老年斑的出现。本研究结果表明,DNA美容霜是一种新型最为理想的护肤剂。
Senility of human body is a complicated process. Many pathways of metabolism have been changed with ageing. The activity of RNase hydrolysing RNA, especially mRNA and rRNA, declines with ageing. The synthesis of proteins is decreased in the senile condition. The DNA can be used as antiageing preparation. Our experiments with animal and human showed that the skin which dayly painted with DNA preparation was getting more beautiful than that controls. After painting DNA preparation for 15～20 days, the skin became more smooth satiny and wrinkles of face decreased. The water quantity of the skin has been increased. The conclution from these experiments is that the DNA preparation can be applied as cosmetics to improve womens′ looks and provid antiageing function.
