把均匀设计法用于构造带自适应性的变异算子,使每代种群中的最好个体参与均匀设计的杂交,增强了遗传算法的局部搜索能力.数值实验表明该算法十分有效.

The paper makes use of uniform design to construct self-adaptive operator, letting the best individual join uniform design crossover in every generation. As a result, the local search capability of the genetic algorithm is improved. The numerical experiments show the proposed algorithm is very effective.
