摘要
豆腐、豆腐干、豆浆中的异黄酮用70%的乙醇提取,豆腐滤水中的异黄酮用强碱阴离子交换树脂,在pH10.2进行分离,经共振荧光光度法测得异黄酮含量依次为:0.574mg/g,0.644mg/g,0.259mg/g,0.140mg/mL和0.0376mg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.50%~3.41%之间,标准回收在97.8%~102.1%之间。
Isoflavones in bean curd,dired bean cured, bean dregs and soya-bean milk are extracted by 70% solution of ethnol, and isoflavones in filtrate of bean curd are separated by alkali anion exchanger in pH10.2 sodium hydroxide solution. By means of resonance fluorophotometry, isoflavones measure 0.574 mg/g,0.644mg/g,0.259mg/g,0.4140mg/mL and 0.0376mg/mL separately,The relative standard deviation of the determined results is from 0. 50% to 3. 41%, and the recovery is between 97.8% and 102.1%.
