摘要
直线度是用于控制平面内或空间直线的形状误差的,测量直线度误差的方法较多,但无论哪种方法,其直线度误差的评定,通常都采用图解法绘制出误差曲线图,再按最小包容区域法或两端点连线法确定直线度误差值。此法若用手工绘图则误差较大,介绍一种利用AutoCAD提供的强大的绘图和查询功能,绘制并精确确定直线度误差值的方法。
Straightness is used to control shape error of plain and air line. After drawing deviation curve , the straightness error can be evaluated by minimum zone method or linking two point. But when it was done manually,the error is large. This paper introduces a good method to define straightness error through drawing and requirement functions of AutoCAD.
