摘要
本文应用HRP逆行追踪法研究了24只猫丘脑腹后外侧核到大脑皮质颈、躯干、四肢区的定位投射。结果表明,猫丘脑腹后外侧核内侧背部的神经元投射到大脑皮质冠状回后上部及乙状后回外侧后部(颈部及近端躯干代表区);腹后外侧核内侧腹部投射到乙状后回外侧前部(前肢代表区);腹后外侧核的外侧部投射到外侧回前部及乙状后回内侧部(后肢及远端躯干代表区)。丘脑标记细胞均出现于注射部位的同侧,主要为中、小型圆形、椭圆形及多边形。本文还对丘脑腹后外侧核内标记神经元的分布情况进行了讨论。
The projection from the ventroposterolateral thalamic nucleus (VPL)to the somatosensory cortical area was investigated by means of theretrograde transport of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The resultswere that the neurons of dorsomedial part of VPL project to theposterosuperior part of coronal gyrus and posterolateral part ofposterior sigmoid gyrus (PS), the neurons of ventromedial part ofVPL project to the anterolateral part of PS, and those of lateral partof VPL project to the anterior part of lateral gyrus and medial part ofPS. All labelled cells in the VPL were found in the injected side.Their shapes are usually round, oval or polygonal with. the size fromsmall to medium. The relationship between the quantity of labeledneurons and the amount of projection fibers was discussed.
