脑胆碱能受体在调节肾钠钾水排出中的作用

摘要 本工作采用麻醉的S.D雄性大鼠,观察脑胆碱能M和N受体在肾钠钾水排出中的作用。侧脑室注射0.1、0.2、0.5μg氨甲酰胆碱引起肾排钠量及排钾量显著地增加和利尿效应,并伴有平均动脉压升高,其中促钠排泄作用呈量-效关系。阿托品预处理可完全抑制侧脑室注射氨甲酰胆碱(0.5μg)引起的肾钠钾排出增强的效应(P<0.05),六溴季胺预处理可部分抑制侧脑室注射氨甲酰胆碱肾钠排出增强的效应(P<0.05),酚妥拉明预处理也可部分抑制氨甲酰胆碱引起的肾钠水排出增强的效应(P<0.05)。结果表明:侧脑室注射氨甲酰胆碱引起的肾钠钾水排出增强的效应是通过刺激脑中枢胆碱能M、N受体起作用的,部分是由于内源性儿茶酚胺的释放。 In the present study, we investigated the role of brain cholinergicreceptors in the regulation of renal sodium, potassium and waterexcretion in rats. Intraventricular injection of carbachol induced potentnatriuresis, kaliuresis and diuresis, followed by an increase in meanarterial blood pressure. The intensity of natriuresis was dose-related.The natriuretic effect of i. c. v. injection of CBC was completelyblocked by atropine or partially by hexamethonium. The effect of CBCcan also be inhibited by pretreatment with regitine. These resultsindicate that stimulation of both muscarinic as well as nicotinicreceptors in the brain, as caused by CBC injection, elicits natriuresis,kaliuresis and diureesis. Moreover, part of the effect of CBC-inducedappear to be mediated by the release of endogenous catecholamines,acting on alpha-receptors in the brain.
