摘要
结合实际工程 ,研究了多层建筑基础隔震中的一些建筑构造技术问题 ,包括地下架空层、隔震层散水、入口踏步、踏步挡板、花坛和悬挂楼梯等不同于传统设计的特殊构造 ,既遮盖了明沟 ,不使架空层积水 ,又保证了地震时建筑物的上部位移无阻挡 ,有效地提高了隔震效果 ,同时还能方便对隔震支座进行检查。
Aseismic design is one of the key subjects in architectural design. Based on engineering practice, the application of the architectural constitution technology is explored in the design of foundation vibration insulation of multi story buildings, including the architectonic constitutions of the apron, the mark time entrance, the flower bed and the hanging stairs. This technology can not only cover the open ditch, prevent water accretion and improve the effect of vibration insulation, but also make it possible to examine, maintain and replace the vibration insulation base easily and conveniently.
