摘要
本文应用荧光分光光度法,测定了24例肺癌和8例良性肺病变的病变组织和病变旁组织硒水平。结果癌组织硒水平显著高于癌旁组织硒。指出肺癌患者血清硒和恶性胸液硒水平降低的主要原因与癌组织富积硒有关。
Selenium levels in 24 cases with lung cancer and 8 cases with benign lung disease weredetermined by fluorometric method. Selenium levels in the cancerous tissue were significantly igher than that in the cancersurrounding lung tissue. The results show that the cause of the decreasing of seleninum levels in the serum and malignant pleural effussion is mainly due to the migration of Se from serum to the cancerous tissue.
