摘要
本文采用4种荧光素研了家兔蓝斑和臂旁核神经元向前脑和小脑分叉轴突侧枝投射,并结合荧光组化法(Faglu-sucrose法)确定其递质性质。首次报道家兔蓝斑和臂旁核神经元分枝投射到下丘脑外侧区、视前区和小脑ⅥⅦ小叶。这些分枝投射的蓝斑神经元大部分为儿茶酚胺能的。该两核的神经元还分枝投射到杏仁中央核和小脑皮质,其神经元小部分是儿茶酚胺能的。此外还证实蓝斑和臂旁核分枝投射到丘脑腹侧核、网状核和小脑皮质。蓝斑神经元分枝投射到腹侧海马和小脑皮质,颞叶皮质和小脑皮质。
In 28 male rabbits, divergent axon collateral projections from neurons of locus coeruleus and parabrachial nucleus to forebrain and cerebellum have been studied by fluorescent retragrade double labeling method, some combined with monoamine histofluorescent technique. It is found that neurons in locus coeruleus and parabrachial nucleus project to hypothalamus and cerebellar cortex with divergent collaterals, and there are evidences that a majority of double labeled neurons in locus coeruleus are catecholaminergic. Some catecholamine neurons project divergently to amygdala and cerebellar cortex. The divergent axon collateral projections from locus coeruleus and parabrachial nucleus neurons to cerebellar cortex and thalamus (reticular and ventral nuclei) are demonstrated, and these projections only from locus coeruleus neurons to cerebellum and ventral hippocampus as well as to cerebellum and temporal cortex are also indicated.
