Develop Rural Higher Education: Vigorously Develop Chinese Rural Economy

本文认为 :农村人力资源开发应成为新世纪农村经济社会发展战略的核心 ,发展农村高等教育是农村人才资源开发的根本 ,而当前中国农村教育目标偏差不利于农村人才资源的开发。因此 ,新世纪农村教育要为农村现代化建设培养人才 ,农村教育资源要依照本地需要优先开发 。

This paper thinks that resource of rural manpower development should become the new century rural economic social core that develops strategy, developing rural higher education is the foundation of rural talent resource development,and now Chinese rural educates goal deviation disadvantage in rural the development of talent resource. Therefore, in new century, rural education will be rural modernization training talent , rural educational resource is developed first according to local needs and create condition actively to develop rural higher education.
