摘要
高校后勤社会化改革是高校内部管理体制改革的重要方面 ,是高等教育改革与发展的一项重大举措 ,是由高校后勤人员集体参与的实践活动 ,其内在的心理支持与行动支持 ,对于后勤社会化改革的顺利进行意义重大。本文分析研究了高校后勤社会化改革过程中后勤人员遇到的心理障碍 ,剖析其产生的根本原因 ,并提出了调适对策 ,试图引起高度重视 。
The socialized reformation in the institutions of high education is an important aspect of the internal administrative reformation. It is a great measure in the educational reformation and development. It is a practical activity by the logistical staff. It's internal psychological and practical support is great significance and of the carrying on the socialized reformation smoothly. This article studies the psychological barriers met by the logistical staff in the process of the socialized reformation. It also analysizes the basical cause and raised the adjustment principle to arouse much attention for the realization of the socialized reformation.
