摘要
首先对学习型组织产生的背景、渊源及概念进行了阐释,接着分别对学习型组织的五项修炼———自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、团队学习以及系统思考进行了分析,给出五项修炼的整合逻辑关系,并简要地讨论了学习型组织实现的常见的障碍,最后对学习型组织理论作了简要的评价和展望。
Firstly,the background,origin,and conception of learning organization are introduced.Then,five disciplines of learning organization are provided,including exceeding oneself,improving thought mode,building vision together,team study,and system thinking.As the whole of learning organization,the rule of integration of five disciplines is discussed.Finally,some obstacles of learning organization are given.
