Study on the adjustable mechanism of shared vision of enterprise strategy alliances

在先进管理理论的指导下,企业内部生产力潜能已逐渐被挖掘,而通过企业间不同的合作方式结成的战略联盟,成为改善和增强企业生产力和竞争能力的重要方式。从战略联盟的核心要素———共同愿景出发,分析了联盟企业共同愿景的一般形成过程,并给出了共同愿景的调节机制模型。

Under the guidance of advanced management theories,the potential power of enterprises is dug out.Strategy alliances formed by various cooperate means,therefore,are becoming more and more important to improve and strengthen the enterprise' productivity and competency.This paper starts from shared vision,the core factor of strategy alliances,and analyzes the general forming process of shared vision of alliance.Finally,the adjustable mechanism model of shared vision is provided.
