本文介绍了复杂性科学的起源、发展和应用前景,以及我国复杂性科学在管理应用方面的研究现状,分析了高等院校的复杂性特点,提出了高等院校是特殊的复杂巨系统的观点。进而展示了复杂性科学的理论与方法在高校管理中的应用前景,指出高校复杂系统管理的核心应该是决策管理系统与行政和学术管理系统的集成。

This paper introduces the origin,development and application perspective of complexity science and its research status quo of the application of complexity science to the management in China.It analyses the compl exity characteristics of the system of uni versity and raises a new viewpoint th at university is a special complex giant system.This paper brings forth the a pplication perspective of the theory and method of complexity science to the management of university.This paper highlights the core of the manageme nt of university as a complex system t hat should be the integration of three su bsystems that are decision -making s ubsystem,administration subsyste m and a-cademy subsystem.
