高等教育与人力资本开发研究

The Research of High Education and the Exploration of Human Capital

人力资本是经济发展的一个关键因素,它对经济增长的作用是巨大的、不可替代的。通过对高等教育的功能和人力资本理论的研究表明,高等教育和人力资本紧密联系,是人力资本开发的关键所在。但从目前经济发展的水平和人力资源的状况上看,当前我国高等教育的规模是偏低的。针对高等教育的社会需求强烈,扩大教育规模、实行大众化教育迫在眉睫。同时高校也应采取相应措施,进行人力资本开发,培养出知识经济、经济全球化时代所需要的高素质专业人才,从而为经济的发展做出贡献。

Human capital is a critical factor in economic development.In the econom ic evolution,human capital takes a great and indispensable function.This paper analyzes the human capita l theory and the function of high educa-tion.Through these work,the paper d raws a conclusion that high educatio n is combined closely with human capi tal and the former is pivotal in the explo ration of the latter.In China the scale of high education is lower if compared with the level of economic and social development.So it is urgent to expan d and enforce high education.At the s ame time,universities must make efforts to explore human capital,cultivate qualified professionals that matc h the re-quirements in knowledge economy and economic globalization.
