摘要
多个独立企业法人以相关业务长期合作为联结内容,现代网络信息技术为联结手段而结成的企业网络组织,是符合当代经济环境的一种新型组织形式。企业网络为中国企业集团发展提供了一种新模式重视企业集团以契约和一般参股的方式联结,激活子公司主动性,跳出单体大企业组织结构的藩篱,使集团组织结构从金字塔式的层级制向网络型演变,使企业集团在不断变化的市场环境中有效地获得协同效应和规模经济。
The network organization that some f irms are connected with long -term cooperation and net information technology is a current new style of o rganizational structure.The netwo rk organization means a new way of devel-opment for China' s conglomerates:emphasis on the con nected way of contract and normal holding,excite the sub-sidiary,break out the confines of th e structure of the great firm,make th e hierarchy organization structure change to network structure,in order to acqui re the economy of scale and scope in a c hanging market circumstance.
