Theory of the science and technology cooperation between the East and West is intergraded by three parts.The first one is the theory of a rea economy increase,based on area e conomy developing and capacity,including the theory of equilibrium increase,the theory of grads process and the th eory of increased point.The second o ne is the theory of area open development matured on area developing environme nt,including the theory of area trad e,the theory of area investment and the theory of technique transfer.The third one is the theory of area innovation t ran-sition set out from macrocosm and glo bal view,including the theory of new economy,the theory of space congregate and the theory of innovation.
