摘要
本文在借鉴相关领域研究成果的基础上,对目前鲜有研究的区域经济差异预警的理论(包括概念、指标体系、方法与模型、警限界定、运作流程等)做了尝试性的探讨,并据此对新疆目前的县域经济绝对差异和相对差异的警情状态进行了判定,对未来警情进行了预报,最后提出了警戒状态下的政策调控方略。
On the basis of using the correlation research achievement this paper att empts to probe into the advance alert theory of regional economic di fference including its concept,index,model,alert limits and operatio n pro-cess.Applying the theory the paper e valuates the status of alerting of re gional economic absolute and relati ve dif-ferences in Xinjiang today forecasts the future alert situation and intr oduces the policy control counterme asures under state of alert.
