既有城市住区升级改造的发展概况与研究重点探讨

Discussion on Current Status and Future Research Focus of Renewal and Retrofitting of Existing Urban Residential District

本文梳理了推动我国既有城市住区升级改造发展的多项政策,在分析国内外既有城市住区升级改造的现状中发现,我国既有城市住区改造标准供给不足,既有城市住区规划与美化更新技术研究有待提升,既有城市住区升级改造技术研究有待加强。同时,本文结合国家重点研发计划项目'既有城市住区功能提升与改造技术',探讨和总结了我国既有城市住区升级改造下一步研究的工作重点和发展建议。

This paper teases out a number of policies on promoting the renewal and retrofitting of existing urban residential district in China.According to the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,it is found that the standards regarding urban district retrofitting is insufficient in China while the research on technologies of planning and beautification upgrading of existing urban residential district needs to be improved.Besides,related upgrading and retrofitting technologies require to be strengthened.At the same time,this paper discusses and summarizes the next step research priorities and development proposals of existing urban residential district renewal and retrofitting in China based on'Existing Urban Residential District Functional Upgrading and Retrofitting Technology'which is the'13 th Five-Year Plan'national key R&D program.
