目前部分企业的经济业务合同财务监督情况较差,没有财会、法律人员参与,业务部门和财务部门缺乏协调与监管,本文分析了合同管理中存在的问题,并就财务部门如何履行好合同监督职责,在企业合同管理中发挥应有的作用提出建议。
