摘要
投资银行是最典型的投资性金融机构,本文通过对比分析、举例分析等方法,对投资银行的本质及其演进过程进行分析研究。投资银行是在历史演进中形成的富有动态,内容复杂的系统,它可以执行的金融功能逐渐从单一趋向于复杂。以高盛为例,探究分析投资银行的本质并分析投资银行的演进过程,去挖掘是哪些因素支持着投资银行的历史演进。
Investment bank is the most typical investment financial institution. Through the methods of comparative analysis and example analysis, this paper analyzes the nature and evolution process of investment bank. Investment banking is a dynamic and complex system formed in the evolution of history, and it can perform financial functions gradually becoming more complicated from a single trend.
