京津冀协同发展背景下河北承接北京养老服务问题研究

自2015年4月中共中央政治局审议并通过了《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》,京津冀协同发展上升到国家战略层面以来,在养老产业发展中,京津冀养老产业协同发展也逐渐成为一个被人们熟知的新鲜话题。河北作为"环首都经济圈",拥有紧邻北京地区得天独厚区位优势,作为引导鼓励北京养老服务业向外转移,缓解北京市养老床位缺口压力,实现跨区域养老模式尤为重要。本文以河北燕达金色年华养护中心(以下简称"燕达养护")为例,对老年人养老状况进行访谈,结合京冀两地旺盛的养老需求,分析河北承接北京养老服务将面临的问题,提出合理建议,促进异地养老发展。
