This paper focuses on the equity incentive, discusses the domestic and foreign scholars in this area of some research results, followed by a brief overview of equity incentive, and finally discussed the equity incentive in the implementation process of some of the problems, hope that the Enterprises can focus on solving these problems, so that equity incentive to better serve the development of enterprises.
