摘要
当前,PPP模式采购在各地风生水起,但由于PPP模式在我国尚属新鲜事物,与我国传统采购模式具有一定差异,现阶段的运行不可避免的存在一些问题。文章从PPP模式的概念入手,客观分析了PPP模式在中国的现状与前景,并将PPP模式具有的特征与所存在问题相结合,由此提出了改进意见。
At present, PPP mode procurement is popular in various places, but because of the PPP model in China is still a new thing, and China's traditional procurement model has some differences,the current operation of the inevitable problems. This paper analyzes the current situation and prospect of PPP mode in China from the concept of PPP model, and combines the characteristics of PPP model with the existing problems, and puts forward the improvement suggestions.
