合肥滨湖万达未来领域办公超限结构抗震设计 被引量:1

摘要 本工程为合肥滨湖万达未来领域办公楼,该楼属B级高度不规则超限高层,首层承载力突变,二、三层楼板不连续,局部穿层柱。结构采用钢筋混凝土框架一核心筒结构体系,抗震性能目标D级(略高)。应用Satwe和Midas两种软件进行小震对比分析,采用弹性时程分析进行补充计算,并根据设防烈度地震作用下的抗震性能目标的要求,对该工程进行中震弹性、中震不屈服以及大震不屈服判别分析,最后采用静力弹塑性分析方法(Pushover)对结构做罕遇地震验算。本文对该工程超限情况分析、结构计算分析、结构抗震概念设计及构造方面进行总结,可供类似超高层钢筋混凝土框架一核心筒结构设计参考。
