中国科学学与科技政策研究会经历了酝酿筹备期、初创开拓期、加速发展期三个时期 ,取得了丰硕的成果。在新的历史时期 ,我们要以十六大精神为指导 ,开拓创新 。

There are three stages of the history of the Chinese Assocration of Seience of Science and S&T Policy Research. Many achievements have been taken since the association was founded. In the new era, we should do more innovation to constract the Chinese socialist modernization, introduced by the spirit of the sixteen congress of the party.
