经济犯罪案件的犯罪嫌疑人具有侥幸、畏罪,优势、自信,消极对抗的心理,并且罪责感差,趋利避害。在讯问工作中,需要做好讯问场所的准备工作,精心选择讯问主体,详细了解案件与犯罪嫌疑人的情况,并进行讯问前的告知。同时还要掌握一定讯问技巧,要善于营造讯问氛围,使用语言技巧,采用开放式提问法。选择讯问策略时,主要有利用矛盾、逐个击破,避实就虚、曲线突破,抽丝剥茧、层层推进,软硬兼施、情理交融几种方法。

Criminal suspects of economic cases tend to have fluky mind,dread punishment,feel superior and self-confident,passively resist,have poor sense of guilt and responsibility,and draw on the advantages and avoid disadvantages.In the interrogation work,we need to make adequate preparation for the interrogation place,carefully select the interrogator,collect detailed information on the case and suspect,and inform the suspect of his right before the interrogation.At the same time,the interrogator should master certain interrogative skills,be good at creating interrogative atmosphere,using language skills as well as open-ended questioning methods.The main strategies of interrogation include:take advantage of contradictions,make breakthrough one by one,dwell on the abstract and avoid real issues,achieve the goal in a roundabout way,make a painstaking investigation,make advance step by step,use gentle method and force,enlighten the suspect with reason and emotion.
