On Multi-dimensional Governance for Crimes Committed by Rural Mafia-like Gangs

全国扫黑除恶专项行动正在向纵深推进,一些盘踞在农村为非作歹的黑恶势力犯罪团伙受到了法律的制裁。农村黑恶势力犯罪在手段形态、活动领域等方面呈现出自身的特点,凸显出向农村政治、经济领域渗透。研究打击农村黑恶势力犯罪存在的困境,建立多维度治理机制,集中开展农村黑恶势力犯罪治理专项行动,落实地方党政责任,强化打击与治理合力。

With the deepening of China’s special campaign against gang-related crimes,some Mafia-like gangs in rural areas have been punished by law for their crimes.The crimes committed by rural Mafia-like gangs have unique characteristics in the form of criminal means,the sphere of activity and other aspects,and tend to infiltrate into the political and economic fields of rural areas.After analyzing the dilemmas in the fight against rural Mafia-like gangs,this paper puts forward the necessity to establish a multi-dimensional governance mechanism,focus on a special campaign against rural Mafia-like gangs,define the responsibility of local Party committees and governments,and beef up joint efforts of crack-down and governance.
