地铁交通系统是城市交通系统的重要组成部分,其空间封闭性、影响连带性、运行全线性以及运营开放性的特点,成为了暴恐团伙或个人极具吸引力的袭击目标之一。智慧警务是智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,要积极将智慧警务建设与地铁反暴恐工作有机结合起来,从智慧治理的角度对地铁暴恐事件展开探讨研究,实现'共享,协同,服务,实时'的应对警务模式。

The subway system is an important part of the urban transportation system.Due to its characteristics such as spatial closure,impact on connectivity,full linear operation,and openness in subway operations,the subway system has become an attack target attractive to terrorist groups or individuals.As smart policing is a constitutive part in construction of smart cities,we must actively combine the construction of smart policing with the anti-terrorism of subways,and conduct research on subway terrorism from the perspective of smart governance to achieve a policing mode of'sharing,coordination,service and real-time'to cope with the situation.
