Big Data Methods in Detection of Theft Cases and Application Analysis

目前,盗窃案件侦查已开始使用大数据方法,且效果明显。在全面厘清盗窃案件的特点及其侦查要素的基础上,阐述盗窃案件侦查中的大数据方法,即数据搜索法、数据碰撞法、数据挖掘法和数据画像法,进而探讨大数据方法在盗窃案件侦查中的具体运用。虽然大数据方法在盗窃案件侦查中运用效果明显,但是必须与传统侦查方法相结合,才能发挥其应有的作用。

At present,the big data methods start to be applied to the detection of theft cases and have achieved obvious results.Based on an overall analysis of the features of theft cases and the essential factors of detection,the article expounds the big data methods applied to the detection of theft cases,namely method of data search,method of data collision,method of data mining as well as method of data portrait,discusses the actual application of these methods in the detection of theft cases,and finally concludes that,although the big data methods are obviously effective in the detection of theft cases,they can play a major role in application only by integrating with traditional detection methods.
