本科公安院校《经济犯罪侦查学》校内实训教学探析——以广西警察学院为例

An Analysis of the Practical Teaching of Economic Crime Investigation in Undergraduate Public Security Colleges: Taking Guangxi Police College as an Example

当前我国经济犯罪在总体上处于发案总量在高位平台上持续攀升,犯罪危害进一步加深加剧的发展态势。新时期经济犯罪的新特点,决定有效打击、预测、预警和防范经济犯罪,需要更加专业化的人才队伍。因此,《经济犯罪侦查学》这门课程不仅要在理论上实现突破,更加需要在实训方面与实战契合,才能使公安院校学员毕业后迅速适应自己的岗位需求,适应经侦工作,在新时期为履行起维护国家安全和社会稳定的神圣职责,不断提升打击防范经济犯罪的能力。

At present,the trend of the economic crimes in China is manifested by the continuously increasing number of cases and greater harms caused by these crimes.The new characteristics of economic crimes in the new era call for a more professional team to effectively combat,predict these crimes and take precautionary and preventive measures.Therefore,the course of economic crime investigation in undergraduate public security colleges requires not only theoretical breakthroughs,but also practical training fitting in with the actual combat.In this way,the graduates can quickly adapt to the occupational requirements and economic investigation work after graduation,continuously improve the abilities to combat economic crimes and fulfill the sacred duties of safeguarding national security and social stability in the new era.
