摘要
大学教师职能的确立是大学职能分化的必然结果。通过对大学教师作为教育者、研究者、社会服务者、知识分子等四个方面的异化现象进行阐释,提出要从教师自身、高校教师考评政策、外部社会环境的营造等三个方面促使大学教师的复归。
The establishment of university teachers' function is the inevitable result of the differentiation of the University.By University teachers as educators,researchers,social service providers and intellectuals to illustrates the four aspects of alienation,offered to teachers,the University teachers' evaluation policy and external social environment for the regression of the university teachers.
