关于研讨式学习在拔尖人才培养中应占合理比重问题的研究——以吉林大学基础学科拔尖人才培养试验班为例 被引量:7

摘要 国内一流高校先后创设基础学科拔尖人才培养试验班(“珠峰计划”),并把研讨式学习设为培养计划中的重要内容。研讨式学习作为一种新兴、灵活的学习模式,面临着所占比重过高会增大学生基础课业压力、占比过小难以达到相应效果的问题。基于此,以吉林大学唐敖庆班为例,采用比较分析和调查采访的方法,结合国内外顶尖高校的相关经验,分析研讨式学习在拔尖人才培养过程中应占的合理比重,得出结论:基础年级研讨式学习比重应控制在20%~30%,随学生知识水平提高适当加大比重。同时,对吉林大学研讨式课程的设置提出合理化建议。 Top domestic higher education institutions have gradually implemented 'Pilot Scheme for Top-notch Students from Basic Science'and set the seminar learning to an important part of the cultivation plan. The seminar learning is an emerging and flexible learning model. However,it also has some problems to be solved. If the rate of seminar learning is too high,it will throw much pressure on basic course learning for students; if the rate is too low,it will not have great results. According to those,taking Tang Aoqing Honors Program in Science in Jilin University as an example,using methods of analysis and comparison as well as survey and interview,analyzing the proper rate of seminar learning during the top-notch students cultivation process,we get conclusion: the rate of seminar learning in fundamental grade should be around 20% ~ 30%,and the rate is supposed to increase with the improvement of students' knowledge level. Meanwhile,we make some rational suggestion on the seminar course in Jilin University.
