高职钻探技术专业“三对接”人才培养模式探索

摘要 人才培养模式改革是促进高职钻探专业发展的重要途径。在分析制约专业发展问题的基础上,构建专业对接行业、教学内容对接职业标准、教学过程对接生产过程为特征的"三对接"人才培养模式,从校企合作、师资队伍及实习实训等方面提出保障措施,推动高职钻探专业教育教学改革和专业发展。 The reform of personnel training mode is an important way to promote the development of drilling specialty in higher vocational education,based on the analysis of restricting professional development problems,structure the 'Three docking'training mode of specialty and industry,teaching content and professional standards,teaching process and production process. Safeguard measures from the aspects of the school enterprise cooperation,teaching staff,training etc.,are put orward education reform and professional development of drilling specialty in higher vocational education.
