摘要
弹性学制教学管理体制的施行是高校教学体质改革的重要举措,对新型人才培养具有重要意义。西安理工大学自2004年开始实施学分制,就学分制背景下历届毕业生修学年限进行统计分析,并针对弹性学制实际运行中所存在的问题进行讨论,提出了符合高校实际的弹性学制实施方案。
The implementation of fl exible educational system is an important measure to the physical teaching reform of higher education, it has the important signifi cance to the new talent training. Since 2004, Xi'an University of technology began to implement the credit system, Statistical analysis was conducted on the duration of study of all previous years undergraduate-course graduate, and the problems of the fl exible educational system in actual operation were discussed, the fl exible educational system embodiment which conforms to the practical of higher education were proposed.
