基于竞合理论的地方政府区域高等教育发展观研究

A Study on the Local Government's Regional Higher Education Development Concept Based on the Competition and Cooperation Theory

区域高等教育的发展为区域经济社会的发展注入了活力,区域经济社会的发展又反作用于区域高等教育的迅速崛起。本文以政府竞合理论为基础,分析地方政府的区域高等教育发展观及其对应的影响。并从树立积极的区域高等教育发展观念展开,提出地方政府促进区域高等教育发展的对策建议。地方政府应树立积极的区域高等教育发展观念,充分重视区域高等教育的发展,加强统筹管理能力,使政府间由竞争走向合作双赢。

The development of regional higher education has injected vitality into the development of regional economy and society,and the development of regional economy and society has reacted on the rapid rise of regional higher education.The research is based on the government cooperation-competition theory,to study the local government’s influence factors on regional development of higher education from the regional higher education development concept of local government.We suggest local governments should establish a positive development concept on regional higher education.Local governments should make full attention to the development of regional higher education,strengthen the overall management capacity,and turn the competition into cooperation.
