情景教学法在财务管理教学中的运用研究 被引量:6

摘要 情景教学法在当前财务管理教学中具有非常重要的作用,可以极大地推进财务管理教学的发展和更新。当前各高校的情景教学法主要通过角色扮演、实地或实物体验、分析案例、创设辩论比赛和情景游戏等方式展开。但是由于财务管理教学方式单一,缺乏创新;教学任务重,教学资源匮乏、教师专业素质有所欠缺、学生与教师之间缺乏沟通、课程学时偏少等原因,情景教学法在实际的财务管理教学中仍存在授课教师缺乏情境教学经验、模拟教学法课堂占用时间过长,影响课程教学进度、情境教学的授课效率较低、模拟教学条件尚不成熟、学生角色定位不准确等问题。想要解决上述问题,将情境教学法更好地融入到财务管理课程的日常教学中,应该采取以学生为教学中心,积极主动地发挥教师的引导作用、不断学习,积极创新,发掘新的教学模式、创造积极主动的课堂氛围、提高财务管理教师的专业教学素养、将理论与实践紧密结合,贯穿情景教学、培养师生之间的信任感等措施,促进情景教学法的广泛应用,提高财务管理课程的教学效率,培养符合新形势下社会和企业要求的、能够解决实际问题的财务管理人才。 The situational teaching method plays a very important role in the current financial management teaching and can greatly promote the development and renewal of financial management teaching.At present,the situational teaching methods of colleges and universities are mainly carried out through role-playing,field or physical experience,analysis of cases,creation of debate contests and situational games.However,due to the single mode of financial management teaching,lack of innovation;heavy teaching tasks,lack of teaching resources;lack of professional quality of teachers;lack of communication between students and teachers;The situational teaching method still has the lack of situational teaching experience for the instructors in the actual financial management teaching;the simulated teaching method takes too long to affect the course teaching progress;the teaching efficiency of the situational teaching is low;the simulated teaching conditions are not mature;the student role inaccurate positioning and other issues.In order to solve the above problems,the situational teaching method should be better integrated into the daily teaching of the financial management course.Students should be the teaching center to actively play the guiding role of teachers;continue to learn positive innovation and explore new teaching modes.Create a proactive classroom atmosphere;improve the professional teaching quality of financial management teachers;integrate theory and practice,run through situational teaching;foster trust between teachers and students,promote the wide application of situational teaching methods,and improve financial managementThe teaching efficiency of the course is to cultivate financial management talents who can meet the social and enterprise requirements under the new situation and can solve practical problems.
