摘要
通过对压型钢板组合楼板临界温度和升温时间的探讨,分析组合楼板的耐火性能,通过试验数据和理论计算,验证了台湾钢结构同行提出的只要组合楼板的混凝土厚度达到150mm即可不用楼承钢板防火涂料的说法,达到降低造价促进压型钢板组合楼板应用和发展的目的。
Based on the discussion upon critical temperature and time for elevated temperature, fire resistant capability of composite slab is analyzed in this paper. After experiment and theoretical calculation, what Taiwan steel experts have proposed is proved right that when the thickness of concrete in composite slab is up to 150 mm, fire retardant coatings of corrugated steel do not need. This can decrease cost and improve the application and development of composite slabs.
