相贯节点在不同荷载-温度路径下的性能

摘要 提出对不同荷载—温度路径下的节点性能进行区别计算的思路,并用大型有限元程序ANSYS对4种不同路径下圆管桁架T形节点的变形规律进行分析。计算时充分考虑了高温引起的材料非线性和几何非线性,其中材料力学和物理性能参数随温度的折减系数按照欧洲规范(EC3)取用。通过分析得出各种路径下节点最大位移随外荷载或温度的变化规律,并对不同路径下的计算结果进行分析比较,定量给出不同路径下节点变形受温度影响的程度,得出计算结果与荷载—温度路径密切相关的结论。 The idea is presented that the behavior of tubular joint under different load-temperature paths should be analyzed separately,and the deformation rule of T-shape circular tubular joint under four different paths has been analyzed by ANSYS.In the process of computation,material nonlinear behavior and geometry nonlinear behavior caused by temperature are taken into account thoroughly.The coefficient that material behavior decrease at high temperature relative to ambient is used according to EUROCODE3.By analysis,the trend that maximum displacement changes with load (or temperature) under every path is obtained,the results gotten from different paths are compared with each other,and the degree of temperature effect on joint deformation under different paths is presented quantitatively.The conclusion that results are relative closely to load-temperature path is presented.
