摘要
以桁架结构的总质量最小为目标函数,考虑杆件的强度、刚度、稳定性等约束条件,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件提供的一阶方法对该桁架进行优化,提取出经过10次迭代后的结果并进行比较分析。结果表明,优化后的截面尺寸在减少结构用钢总量的同时,又适当地减小了桁架的最大竖向挠度,并能使杆件的内力分布更为合理。
The minimum total mass of truss structure is considered as objective function, and strength, rigidity and stability of members are considered as restrain conditions. The fist-order method provided by the finite element software ANSYS is adopted to optimize this truss and the results after iterating ten times are extracted and analyzed. The results show that the optimal cross-sectional dimensions can reduce total steel mass and maximum vertical deflection; the internal force distributions of members become more reasonable.
