铰接六杆四面体柱面网壳的构形及静力和稳定性分析 被引量:3

摘要 提出了两种新型的由投影面为矩形的铰接六杆四面体组成的柱面网壳。这种网壳结构的构形十分简单,节点和杆件数目相对于双层柱面网壳结构较少,网格抽空率高,具有单层和双层柱面网壳的主要优点。对两种铰接的六杆四面体组成的柱面网壳进行静力和线性与非线性稳定性分析,结果表明:下弦支撑的铰接六杆四面体柱面网壳结构整体刚度好,由线性特征值屈曲分析和考虑几何初始缺陷、荷载不对称布置的稳定性分析结果可知,其具有较好的力学性能,并且温度对其稳定性的影响较小。铰接的六杆四面体组成的柱面网壳可以采用螺栓球作为节点,有利于标准化设计、工业化生产和装配化施工,符合绿色建筑的推广应用条件。 The paper presented two new types of hinged six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell with a rectangular projection surface. The configuration of new shell is simple because of relatively few members and high evacuation ratio than double-layer cylindrical lattice shell structure. Six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell has advantages of both single-layer and double-layer cylindrical lattice shell structure. The static anlysis and linear & nonlinear stability analysis of two new types of hinged six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shells were carried out. The results showed that the integral stiffness, mechanical properties, stability of the cylindrical reticulated shell composed of hinged six-bar tetrahedron supported by the lower chord was better and the influence of temperature on its stability was little. The hinged six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell with bolted spherical joints is beneficial to standardized design, industrial production and assembly construction, which meets the popularization and application requirements of green building industry.
