摘要
某输煤栈桥管桁架结构中,下横梁通过节点外环板与下弦相贯节点连接,现行相关规范中没有关于此类节点的设计方法,目前对此类节点静力性能研究也相对较少。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,通过对节点边界条件、分析参数的优化设置,建立节点模型进行模拟分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验数据进行对比研究。结果表明:对节点边界条件及分析参数的优化设置合理,计算分析结果可靠。
A pipe truss structure of coal conveying trestle, lower cross member through the joint outer ring plate and bottom chord tubular joints connected, there is no design method for this kind of joints in the current codes,at present the research on static behavior of joint is relatively small.Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,through the optimization of joint boundary condition and analysis parameters,a joint model was built and the simulation analysis was conducted. The finite element calculation results and the experimental data were compared and analyzed, the results showed that through the optimization of joint boundary conditions and analysis parameters,the results were validated and could provide a reference for the design of this kind of joint.
